Exporting Ideas

Quickly export your views from Ideas as a CSV within Canny. Exporting views from Ideas is useful for sharing feedback trends with stakeholders, doing offline analysis, or keeping external records of prioritized ideas.

How to export Ideas

  1. Click on the Ideas page

  2. Select a view (e.g. Triage, Backlog, Roadmap…)

  3. Right-click on the view name

  4. Click Export View

Your Ideas will automatically download, reflecting the sort order, filters, and fields you chose for that view.

Please note: Ideas exports are limited to 10,000 records at a time.
