Head to the referrals page in your Canny settings:
Fill out who you'll be referring and the channels you'll be using and agree to the terms and conditions.
Copy your link and share it!:
New users sign up and you'll get a cut of their subscription payment!
Any users you've referred (along with their status) can be tracked from the referrals page in your Canny settings.
You receive
For every new customer you refer, you’ll receive 20% of their paid subscription every month (up to $1,000 per referral).
They receive
Anyone who signs up with your link will get 20% off their monthly plan for 3 months or 5% off their first year of an annual plan.
Payments
All payouts from Canny are made via Paypal.

Eligibility
You need an active Canny account.
A paid plan is NOT required. Users on our Free plan can still participate in the referral program.
Agree to the program terms by creating a referral link in your Canny admin dashboard.
Both you and your business (if applicable) must be located in a country authorized by Canny for payouts.
Sharing the Love (and Earning Rewards)
Share your unique referral link with friends, colleagues, or anyone who might benefit from Canny's powerful feedback management tools.
When someone signs up for a paid Canny plan using your link within 7 days of clicking, both you and the new customer will receive benefits!
Rewards:
Referred Customer: They'll enjoy a sweet 20% discount for their first three months on a paid subscription!
You (the Referrer): You'll receive a commission equal to 20% of the referred customer's payments for their first three months, with a maximum of $1,000 per successful referral.
Important Pointers:
This program is for new customers only. Existing free account holders upgrading to paid plans don't qualify.
Playing it fair is key! Don't use your own link (self-referral), create multiple accounts, or switch between accounts to earn rewards.
Keep it professional. Avoid sharing your link on public platforms like coupon sites.
Paid advertising and SEO campaigns targeting Canny keywords or solely promoting your referral discount are a no-go.
Spreading the Word with Integrity
We're happy for you to use our logo for promotional purposes, but make sure to grab a high-quality version from our website or reach out to Canny support.
Let's keep things collaborative. Don't run ad campaigns competing with Canny's own initiatives or launch SEO campaigns that significantly target our branded terms.
Tax Responsibilities
You're responsible for any taxes applicable to your referral rewards. We may ask you to complete tax forms for processing payouts.
Program Updates and Termination
Canny reserves the right to change the program rules, terminate it, or remove your account at any time. We'll do our best to provide notice whenever possible.
Liability and Disputes
Canny cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from program participation. We have the final say in resolving disputes and reserve the right to withhold payouts in suspected fraud cases.

Participating in the program means your personal information will be collected and used as per our privacy policy.
