No, however, you can disable new posts on the board. You'll find this option in the Boards tab in your Canny settings:
Canny does not offer the option to pre-moderate posts before they appear. Posts will appear automatically and are posted publicly. With Canny, we're trying to put less of the work on your team.
Managing Posts:
To help avoid duplicates, when users are creating a post we suggest similar ones to them that might be the same.
You also have the ability to merge posts, and you can always delete a post if you don't want it on the board. Learn more
You can also restrict visibility by setting a Board to Private.
