Overview
Connect tl;dv as an Autopilot source for Canny to find feedback in your tl;dv transcripts. Autopilot will also automatically add votes to existing Canny requests.

How to set up tl;dv
Before you begin:
Make sure you are an Owner in Canny to install the integration.
Your tl;dv account needs to be on tl;dv's Business plan to get access to an API key Learn more
To be clear, tl;dv is available on all Canny plans. Tl;dv has a plan on their side called "Business" on their side that you'll need to be subscribed to.
You will also need to be an admin in tl;dv.
Connecting the integration
From the tl;dv settings, go to the API keys section and copy your API key:
Go to the tl;dv settings page in your Canny integration settings and paste in the API key, then click the Install TLDV button:
Enable tl;dv as a Canny Autopilot source, and click Save:
From your tl;dv preferences, select the "Record all meetings on my calendar, even if I don't join them" option to ensure Autopilot has access to capture feedback:
That’s it! Your tl;dv transcripts will be processed within a day. You'll see identified feature requests in Canny Autopilot.
Usage
Autopilot will automatically review transcripts for the previous 30 days from the date it was connected, starting with the most recent.
Each tl;dv transcript reviewed by Canny will use 5 Autopilot credits
Things to note:
Canny Autopilot will automatically detect if the request is a duplicate and add a vote (as well as a comment based on the transcript) instead
Each tl;dv transcript Canny reviews will use 5 Autopilot credits (only applies to accounts on legacy plans)
Tl;dv's API key (which is only available on tl;dv's Business plan) is required. Canny Autopilot will not be able to process your conversations without that API key.
