Canny allows you to trial our Starter and Growth plans for 14 days. Trials of the Business plans can also be set up by contacting Canny sales at sales@canny.io or by starting a chat.
When the trial time for the Starter or Growth plan is over, your account will either upgrade to a paid plan or downgrade to a free plan depending on if you have added a credit card to your account.
If a credit card is on file, Canny will charge the card and move the account to the new plan.
If there’s no credit card on file, you will simply lose access to the paid features and revert back to the Free plan.
Ending a trial manually
You can always end your current trial. This will keep your current plan, not the plan you’re trialing. this can be done from the Billing page in your general settings. Just click the ‘End trial’ link:
