Canny doesn’t offer a moderation queue, but some posts may not appear immediately

No. Currently, Canny does not offer a moderation queue for approving or declining user-submitted posts. If your team would find this feature helpful, please vote for this post. Adding a comment about your specific needs would help us better understand your use case.

Disabling new posts

While there's no moderation queue, you can disable new posts from end-users on any board using the corresponding toggle in the Boards tab of your Canny settings. You can then ask users to contact your team directly:

Possible spam posts may require moderation

Canny Autopilot will mark posts it thinks are likely spam.

  • If the confidence that the post is spam is low, it will still be visible to other users.

  • If that confidence is moderate or high, it will not be visible unless your team approves it from the Autopilot inbox.
