How to use the tool
There are two options to send feedback:
Manually sending text
Uploading a spreadsheet
1. Manually sending text:
You can easily paste in emails, meeting notes, or any other text that may contain feedback you’d like Autopilot to review.
2. Uploading a spreadsheet:
Attach and upload a .csv file of feedback.
Each row should be populated with the following:
User Email: valid email (required)
Conversation: feedback in plain text (required)
Source URL: valid URL (optional)

This function is included on all plans
For users who are beta testing Canny Ideas, this will only create ideas and insights, not posts
