Overview

Connect Fireflies as an Autopilot source for Canny to find feedback in your Fireflies meeting transcripts. Autopilot reviews each transcript and captures feature requests automatically.

The Fireflies integration is available on all plans.

Setting up the integration

  1. Get an API key from a Fireflies admin. A Super Admin's key covers your whole workspace — a regular admin's key only covers the calls they can see.

  2. Paste the key on the Fireflies settings page in Canny

  3. Turn on Autopilot for Fireflies

Autopilot reviews external calls from the previous 30 days, then keeps syncing new calls automatically.

Things to note:

  • Only calls with external participants are reviewed. Internal-only calls are skipped.

  • Autopilot automatically detects duplicates and adds a vote instead of a new request.
