Overview
Google Meet is an Autopilot source that finds feedback call transcripts. Autopilot creates ideas and attaches the relevant transcript snippet as an Insight.
The Google Meet integration is available on all plans.
Connecting the integration
Setting up Google Meet takes a few steps and needs a Google Workspace admin.
A Google Workspace super admin installs Canny for Google Meet from the Google Workspace Marketplace.
In Canny, go to Settings → Integrations → Google Meet and click Sign in with Google. A Workspace admin needs to do this step.
Select up to 10 Google Groups whose calls Autopilot should process, like sales or customer success, then click Save. This step is required for Canny to start processing any calls.

Autopilot processes Google Meet transcripts and creates ideas for new feedback or adds insights onto existing feedback.

Things to note
If you don't select any Google Groups, nothing syncs, even when the integration is enabled.
Transcription must be enabled in Google Meet for a call to sync. Calls without a transcript are skipped.
Only calls with at least one external participant are synced. Internal-only meetings are always skipped.
On install, Canny syncs calls from the last 30 days.
You must be an Owner-level admin in Canny to install this integration.
Ideas created via Autopilot are internal by default and are not published to the portal unless you manually publish them.
