Setting it up
1. Go to Microsoft Teams and create a workflow in the channel you'd like to see updates from Canny:
2. Select the "Post to a channel when a webhook request is received" option
Note: The following screen may appear blank and take several seconds to load.
3. Write a clear label for this process and click the 'Next' button.
Canny strongly recommends including the name of the channel:

4. Confirm the team and channel that will be getting notifications from Canny, then click the 'Add workflow' button.
5. Copy the workflow's URL:
6. Go to the Microsoft Teams settings page in your Canny settings and click the "Connect a new channel" button:
7. Confirm the channel name and paste in the URL copied in step 5:
8. Select the boards and events you'd like to be notified about in Microsoft Teams and click the 'Save' button:
NOTE: Notifications will be posted on behalf of the teammate who set up the integration "via workflows."
Adding to multiple channels
To receive notifications in another channel, you can follow the same steps as above. A channel can receive more than one set of notifications from Canny.
Currently, this integration will only push updates to channels. Canny cannot send updates to individuals.
