How to install
Note: Owner-level admin permissions are required to connect integrations.
To connect Help Scout, head to your Help Scout integration settings and click the Install Help Scout button. Then, just authorize Canny in Help Scout. That's it!
Don't forget to visit the Autopilot tab in your Canny settings and ensure Help Scout is enabled as an Autopilot source
Things to note:
Help Scout does not count against the integration limits on Free and Starter
Every Help Scout conversation reviewed by Canny Autopilot will use 1 credit, regardless of whether that conversation results in any Autopilot suggestions
Canny Autopilot will extract feedback from Help Scout in any language
