Overview
Connect Gong as an Autopilot source for Canny to find feedback in your Gong transcripts. Autopilot will also automatically add votes to existing Canny requests.

Setting up the integration
Make sure you are an admin in Gong and an Owner in Canny to install the integration
Go to the Gong settings page in your Canny integration settings
Click on “Install Gong” and accept the permissions
That's it!
Gong transcripts will be processed within a day. You'll see identified feature requests in Canny Autopilot.
Things to note:
Gong will not count towards the integration limits on the Free and Starter plans
Canny Autopilot will automatically detect if the request is a duplicate and add a vote (as well as a comment based on the transcript) instead.
Each Gong transcript Canny reviews will use 5 Autopilot credits
