How to start a trial
Before you begin, Owner-level admin permissions in Canny are required to initiate a trial.
To start a Pro trial: Head to the Billing page in your general settings, and select "start trial".
To start a Business trial: Select "Contact us" to be connected with our support team, or you can email sales@canny.io
You may also be prompted to start a trial if you click on a paid feature your current plan doesn’t offer:
Ending a trial:
When a trial is over and no payment method is entered, you’ll need to end it manually from the Billing page in your general settings:
