If you decide Canny’s not right for you, you can always cancel your plan or downgrade to the Free plan.
Before you cancel
We would appreciate the chance to earn your business and help resolve any issues so your team can access Canny’s full value. Just start a chat (be sure you click the '[Talk to a person]' button), and one of our experts will do everything possible to get your team on track.
Cancel your service
NOTE: Owner-level admin permissions in Canny are required to alter billing in Canny.
You can cancel services from the Billing page in your general settings.
The cancellation option is at the very bottom of the page:
Select a reason, and add any additional comments, then click the ‘Cancel subscription’ button:
Things to note:
You will retain access to Canny through the end of your current billing cycle.
This process will NOT delete your account. If you’d like to delete your Canny workspace, follow the steps in this guide.
You are welcome to use our Free plan instead of canceling. Just select the Free plan from the Billing page, and Canny will walk you through any adjustments that need to be made.
If you are canceling due to price, Canny offers discounts for the following:
Early-stage startup companies (applies only to the Growth plan)
Education
Healthcare
Non-profits/Charities
Open-source projects
Companies based in developing nations
