The Canny Free plan is honestly free. There is no time limit on how long you can be on the Free plan and the included features of the Free plan work the same way they do on paid plans.
Here are a few things to keep in mind if you’re on the Free plan:
Limits on tracked users
The Free plan allows for a maximum of 25 tracked users.
Active statuses:
Open — (The default status when a post is created)
Under Review — (We are considering this)
Planned — (We are planning to work on this)
In Progress — (We are actively working on this)
Autopilot on the Free plan
The Free plan has no limit on Autopilot credits.
Other paid functions
If you attempt to use other paid functions in the app within Canny, you will clearly see a prompt to upgrade your plan. No surprises, ever!
