How to unlock Canny's free plan and why it benefits you

Welcome to Canny! We're excited to have you on board and help you unlock the full potential of our software. If you're new here, you might have noticed that you're required to complete several onboarding steps to unlock our free plan. In this article, we'll explain the rationale behind this approach, how it benefits you, and how to unlock Canny Free.

How to unlock Canny Free

If you click on the "Set up Canny" banner in your Canny administrative view, it will show you the steps you need to take in order to unlock the free plan. By completing these steps, you will unlock the free plan and you can continue to use Canny.

If you don't complete the onboarding steps, you will eventually be locked out, and you will have to contact support about extending the onboarding process.

Why the requirements?

Preventing Misuse and Spam
