Can I change or cancel my plan?

Updating your Canny plan and/or cancelling services

NOTE: Only users with the Owner admin role are able to access the Billing page in Canny’s general settings or request changes to the account’s billing via Canny support.

If you’re on a Business plan, please contact your dedicated account manager, start a chat, or email us at success@canny.io to discuss plan changes or cancellations.

Changing your plan

To change your plan, you can head to the Billing page in your general settings and simply select a new plan. You’ll see a “Pay Monthly / Pay Yearly” toggle on the right-hand side of the page:

Accounts that signed up before May 9th, 2025, will have to contact Canny support to enable access to Core and Pro plans. Please start a chat or email support@canny.io if you'd like to have the current plan options enabled.


Cancelling your plan

You’ll see the option to cancel your plan at the very bottom of the Billing page in your general settings:

Just follow the prompts to complete the cancellation. Service will continue through the end of your current billing cycle (whether monthly or annual).
