When you hit your tracked user cap with a spending limit set, Canny will stop tracking feedback from new users. This means Autopilot will stop analyzing conversations until you have increased your spending limit from the Billing page in your general settings:
Autopilot processing is purely based on tracked users (for accounts not on legacy Starter or Growth plans).
To ensure Autopilot continues analyzing conversations and capturing feedback, ensure that you are not currently at your cap.
If you hit your cap, Autopilot will store conversations in a backlog that will be processed once the cap has been raised. You will not lose any feedback from those conversations because you hit your cap.
