Overview
Connect Fathom as an Autopilot source for Canny to find feedback in your Fathom call transcripts. Autopilot reviews each call and captures feature requests automatically — no extra work is required from your sales or success teams.
Setting up the integration
Go to the Fathom settings page in Canny and click Install Fathom
A Fathom workspace admin authorizes Canny via OAuth
That's it! Autopilot reviews external calls from the previous 30 days, then keeps syncing new calls automatically.
💡 Note: The person who authorizes Canny needs access to every external call you want synced — Canny can only sync the calls that user can see. Have an admin with broad call access complete the connection.
Filtering which calls are processed
From the Fathom settings page in Canny, you can filter which calls Autopilot processes by one or more Fathom teams. Leave the filter empty to process all external calls.
Things to note:
Only calls with external participants are reviewed. Internal-only calls are skipped.
Autopilot automatically detects duplicates and adds a vote instead of a new request.
