Yes! You can try out Canny’s paid functions with a free trial before committing to purchase. Canny offers a 14-day trial of both the Starter and Growth plans. Trials are also offered for our Business plan, just start a chat or email sales@canny.io to learn more about Business plan trials.
Starting a trial
To try out a paid Canny plan, simply click on the Start Trial button in the Billing page in your general settings and follow the prompts:
You may also be prompted to start a trial if you go to use a function that’s limited to another plan:
Things to know
Trials are 14 days long.
Only one trial per plan. If you have already tried a plan, the only option available will be to upgrade.
The Free plan is not a trial. You can stay on the Free plan for as long as you like as long as you are within the Free plan limits. We recommend completing the onboarding steps to get the most out of your Free plan. Learn more
