When a new account is created, Canny asks users to take a few steps to onboard the account and help ensure success within the first 7 days to unlock the Free plan.
If you can't complete the onboarding steps in those first 7 days, Canny does give you the option to extend the time you need.
Once you extend your time, you'll see the option to skip onboarding steps when you first log into Canny:
