The term “roadmap” is used in two separate areas of Canny. But the two are different in important ways.

1. The public roadmap

We have the public roadmap that's visible to end-users on your Canny homepage: https://your-company.canny.io. This public roadmap is meant to give your end-users a quick way to see what your team is working on and follow along on progress. It is enabled by default and strongly recommended, as it communicates that your team is working on something, (even if it’s not their thing).

The public roadmap is included in all Canny plans:

2. The internal roadmap

The other is the internal Roadmap tab in the Canny admin view. This is a roadmap/prioritization tool that helps you determine what to work on next. This is a paid feature that's not available on the Free plan:

You can view our current pricing and plan information on our pricing page at canny.io/pricing, or start a chat if you have any questions!
