Canny sends users a weekly email each Monday morning to keep them engaged and encourage voting on new ideas. You can disable this from Canny's User Emails page, though we recommend keeping it enabled.
Otherwise, an end-user will only get an email if:
Someone replies directly to a comment of theirs. Learn more
An admin posts a top-level comment on a post where they voted. Learn more
The status of a post they voted on is updated (this is optional, as you can choose not to send an email when updating the status). Learn more
All Canny emails include an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the message.
