Things to know:
Deleted users cannot be mentioned.
Replies to a comment automatically @mention the original comment author.
This is the only way for two end-users to interact with each other.
If a user replies directly to the email, the reply is not recorded on the post.
You need to click the "View Post" button in the email to add their comments or navigate to the post page.Emails come from notifications@canny.io. Email whitelabeling is available on the Business plan. Start a chat to learn more!
There is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of all Canny emails if they wish to stop receiving messages like these. It will unsubscribe them from all instant notifications (including status change updates, mentions, and admin response emails). This will NOT unsubscribe them from the weekly user reports we send out.
