While Canny's tools are currently only available in English, you can receive feedback in any language. If English is not your product's main language, you can customize every string on the "create post" form:

Just go into the Boards tab in your Canny Settings and look under "Create Post Form"

Once that is set up, your users will see the new "create post" form on the board and that board will feel at home for users who prefer that language!:
