Syncing user and company data in from Salesforce and HubSpot

Overview

Canny allows you to sync multiple contact and company data points from either Salesforce or HubSpot. In the integration settings page, you can select which attributes you'd like to keep synced between Canny and your integration:

Each synced field can be used as an attribute when putting together your user segmentation:

Populating Fields

You can use this to fill in fields like ARR and renewal data from the Company fields tab in the Fields page of the Canny settings. These fields will also fill into the customer requests report.


Things to know

  • If a field is disconnected, it will still appear in the attributes, but will not be updated.

  • The customer requests report can also be populated using Canny's Segment integration.

  • The Business plan is required for both Salesforce and HubSpot. Please contact the Canny team if you'd like to get a quote for a Business plan subscription.
