You'll find the option to assign a post owner on the right-hand section of the Feedback tab:

When a post owner is assigned
When you assign a post to a teammate, they’ll receive an email from Canny letting them know. Their ownership is automatically reflected throughout Canny. Below is an example of the email they’ll receive:
Filter posts by owner
Once assigned, you can filter the post list by owner to quickly identify who owns which posts:

Things to note
Only admins (those listed on your Admins page in Canny settings) can be assigned as post owners
Assigning ownership to a post also assigns that same owner to the corresponding idea, and vice versa
If a post owner is removed as an admin, that post will automatically become unassigned
