Overview
Canny sends various types of emails to both admins and end-users. These emails are triggered by specific events. Below, you'll find a detailed guide to all Canny messages. Click any email title to learn more!

Things to note:
Every plan includes all messages. The only exception is the changelog email, which is limited to paid plans.
You have the option NOT to notify users with a status change email when updating the post status.
Admin report emails can be sent daily (by default), or weekly. They can also be disabled fully from the Email preferences page in your Canny settings.
All emails come from notifications@canny.io.
