The Voter List and Opportunities

Overview

The voter list shows the full list of people who voted on a post.

To access the full voter list, just expand the preview you see on the post menu:Β 

This will take you to the full list of voters for that post. The arrows in this image are explained just below:

  1. You can filter the list by user segments you've created via the bar at the top.

  2. Accounts using the Salesforce or HubSpot integrations can also view open Opportunities (see below) linked to this post.

  3. Canny admins can set the vote priority to indicate the urgency an end-user has expressed. This is available on the Growth and Business plans. Learn more

  4. If a vote was added on the voter's behalf, it can be removed by clicking the X. (This option will not appear if the person voted on their own behalf).

  5. If user feedback was entered as part of a support or sales conversation in your integrated CRM (e.g. Intercom, Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.), you'll see an icon that links you back to the conversation for full context.

  6. If you want to download the list to a CSV (spreadsheet file), simply click the "Export List" button at the bottom left of the list.


Opportunities

Opportunities link potential revenue based on HubSpot deals and Salesforce opportunities.

Opportunities (called "Deals" in HubSpot) are usually related to ongoing contracts. The opportunity's value usually indicates new revenue that your team has the chance to unlock.

If you are on the Business plan and have Salesforce or HubSpot set up, you can also view the list of opportunities just below the voter list!
